Multiplayer Sleeping

Adds multiplayer sleeping functionality by allowing night to be passed without requiring all online players to be sleeping in beds

Dynamicly adjusts to playersSleepingPercentage gamerule
Compatible with AFK Detector to ignore players who are online but not active
Chat message announces require player count to pass night as well as button to kick sleeping players if night is required
Clears rain and thunderstorms without distrupting natural in-game weather cycle
1.15 & 1.16 version Allows players to sleep through the night when 25% of online players (In the overworld) are sleeping
Compatible with Minecraft 1.15 and up, latest version tested on Minecraft 1.20.1
